First held in 2001, the Thailand Travel Mart Plus (TTM+) has gained significant recognition within the Thai tourism industry as well as in the international tourism markets. This year, TTM+ 2022 perpetuated the tradition of excellence and offered visitors an attractive atmosphere and a valuable platform for tourism experts to meet new partners or strengthen existing business relationships.
Phuket Provincial Governor Yuthasak Supasorn said, “The TTM+ 2022 Welcome Reception was carefully designed to provide delegates with a first-hand experience of the amazing new chapters in the post-pandemic era of Thai tourism. It also offered a glimpse into the kingdom’s long-standing foundations of soft power, including food, film, fashion, combat and festival, while presenting them in a futuristic way.”
The TTM+ 2022 welcome reception notably showcased Phuket’s many gastronomic delights and offered futuristic performances such as “Glory Thailand” and “Beyond the Future with Cube and Hologram,” as well as live concerts performed by renowned artists. As part of the concept project of luxury and local zero waste initiatives, the evening was enhanced with recyclable luxury elements that kept the paradise look and while ensuring a zero-waste effort.
