The Pattaya International Fireworks Festival 2024, held on November 29 and 30, attracted hundreds of thousands of visitors to Pattaya City, including families, local residents, and international tourists. The vibrant event showcased breathtaking international firework displays, generating more than 2 billion baht in tourism revenue.
The festival, a signature tourism event for Pattaya, has gained international acclaim over the years. Visitors not only enjoyed the spectacular pyrotechnics but also contributed significantly to local businesses, including hotels, restaurants, and street vendors, in line with efforts to promote tourism-driven economic growth.
Pattaya City Mayor Pramet Ngampichet expressed gratitude to all participants and stakeholders who contributed to the event’s success. “This festival supports the economy, creates jobs, and opens up trading opportunities for local businesses, aligning with our policy to expand public trading spaces,” he said. The mayor also invited tourists to return for next year’s edition of the festival.
