Two 17-year-old students from Krabi Technical College were seriously injured when their motorcycle collided with a water truck belonging to the Krabi Provincial Administrative Organization. The incident occurred on February 4, 2025, at approximately 9:45 a.m. on Phetkasem Road, in front of the Krabi Central Mosque in Mueang Krabi District. Rescue workers rushed the injured students to Krabi Hospital for emergency treatment.

Authorities responding to the scene found a severely damaged large motorcycle with a Trang province license plate. According to witnesses, the water truck was making a U-turn when the high-speed motorcycle crashed into it. The impact left the driver and passenger of the motorcycle in critical condition, while the truck sustained only minor damage.
Police have identified the injured students as Mr. Atchariya and Mr. Mangmee, both aged 17. The water truck was driven by a 51-year-old man, Mr. Narongphan, who was unharmed. Investigators have collected evidence, including CCTV footage, and have begun questioning the truck driver. The two students remain hospitalized and are currently unable to provide statements regarding the accident.
